We’ve long wanted to collaborate with like-minded chefs to show off more flavours from the Portuguese speaking world, particularly from Goa – where Co-Founder and Chef Isabel’s Great Grandmother lived. So we’re thrilled to announce we’ve teamed up with Chef Brinder Singh Narula & Chef Manpreet Singh Ahu to present a wonderful Sunday multi course lunchtime feast with wine pairings.
Chef Brinder previously headed Michelin starred Benares and Gymkana, and Chef Manpreet led the world’s longest running Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant Café Spice Namaste and Chor Bizarre in Mayfair.
Menu would feature classics such as Prawn Rissois, Chicken Peri Peri, Beef Xacutti and Pork Vindaloo as well as inspired dishes such as Smoked Ham Hock Croquettes, and Cornmeal & Tomato masala. For those who wish to dine with wine, each course will also have a wine paired with it 🍷
