What we do
At Volta do Mar, our menus are a celebration of Portugal's rich culinary heritage and its international influences. We offer an array of traditional Portuguese dishes, reflecting the delicious regional cuisine that Portugal is known for. In addition to these classics, we feature unique dishes inspired by the countries and cultures connected to Portugal through its historic trade routes.

OUR STORY
Volta do Mar is the realization of a culinary journey that my wife Isabel and I embarked on over many years. Through our travels, we explored our family history and the rich tapestry of cultures and cuisines that have interwoven across continents and seas. This voyage inspired us to create our restaurant, Volta do Mar, meaning "to return from the sea."
